GoOne Digital Marketplace – Authorized Local Merchant Business Promotion Agreement

Part 1: GoOne Digital Marketplace (hereinafter referred to as "Part 1")

Agreement Terms:

Purpose of Service:
The purpose of this agreement is to promote the business of Part 2 by Part 1, aiming to increase its visibility, attract more customers, and enhance sales.

Service Details:

  1. Address Listing:
    Part 2's shop location will be added to Google Maps for easy access by customers.

  2. Part 2 Reviews:
    Information about Part 2’s business will be shared on online platforms with the goal of securing positive feedback from at least your 20 customers.

  3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
    The visibility of Part 2’s business will be improved to rank higher in search engines.

  4. Social Media Promotion:
    Daily promotions of Part 2's business will be done on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

  5. Product Listings:
    A minimum of 75 products from Part 2 will be listed for sale on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopee, and GoOne platforms within 3 months.

Service Duration:

The promotional services will be provided daily for a period of 3 months.

Payment Details:

Total Payment for Full Package (All Five Services):
₹14000 + 18% GST = ₹16,520

Payment for the First Three Services:
₹5,339 + 18% GST = ₹6,300.2

Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Guarantee Clause: If Part 2 does not achieve at least 100 confirmed customers within the 12-month service period through this promotion, Part 1 will refund ₹140 per customer, plus 15% interest (₹21) per customer.
  • Refund Calculation: Refund per customer = ₹140 + ₹21 = ₹161
  • Refund Conditions: A refund will be processed only if the target of 100 confirmed customers is not met within the 12-month service period.

Termination of Agreement:

  1. This agreement may be terminated by mutual consent of both parties.
  2. If either party fails to comply with the terms of this agreement, it will automatically be terminated.
  3. If payment is not made as per the terms, the agreement will automatically terminate.
  4. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kurukshetra, Haryana.

Special Terms:

  • Promotional services will begin only after full payment has been received by Part 1.
  • Daily social media promotions will continue for 12 months, with a target to achieve at least 100 confirmed customers.
  • If the target is not met, a refund will be processed according to the Money-Back Guarantee clause.
